Passing of property and risk
All products purchased on this website remain the property of silvercleanse.co.uk until full payment has been received from the customer. The risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery of the items.
An order that is lost in transit, by a third party, after leaving the premises of silvercleanse.co.uk is no longer the responsibility of the sender. If goods are received damaged a request for a refund or exchange will be accepted providing notification is given with 14 days of the order reaching the customer.
If an order is to be signed for the risk passes to the customer once a signature has been given. If there is reason to believe that damage or tampering has occurred to the order, the customer should refuse to sign for the goods.
If either instance should occur it is the responsibility of silvercleanse.co.uk to notify the Royal Mail and to make a claim on behalf of the customer.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packageing.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
